Text Formatter

Text formatter is used to either merge or change letter case for personalization and human-like automation progress on your efforts inside KonnectzIT platform.

                                                                 

Text Formatter is an add-on app inside KonnectzIT and you can find it on the visual builder app menu list. Go to any konnectz and click the hamburger menu button on the top-left corner of the workspace. Scroll to the bottom to find the text formatter among other apps.

               

Drag them to the workspace and you can perform any options like,

• Merger Text Contents,

• Change Letter Case(Capitalization)

Choose an option on the “Format Option” drop-down field to configure the number for your task automation.

                             

Merge Text - It is used to collect data from different field and combine them into sentences as shown in the image below

                           

Here, all the data on the Trello app has been collected and combined into a useful sentence using text formatter.

Case - It is used to change the letter case, that is the capitalization of text using your workflow automation. You can use any format option to change the text as

1. Capitalize,

2. Upper Case,

3. Lower Case,

4. Title Case,

5. Camel Case,

6. Kebab Case,

7. Snake Case,

8. Swap case.

Here is an example of a basic use case for this option

                      

Note - You can’t start your workflow with a text formatter since it requires input value that has to be fetched from other sources (apps).
