Test & Review

It is used to check whether the app integration has been configured properly inside konnectz workspace & the app ready is set to send/receive data through KonnectzIT or not.

Also, it will populate a demo data on respective fields to confirm the test & review process.

Let’s take Calendly as an example to explain how this test & review feature works in real-time.

Step 1: Navigate to KonnectzIT’s workspace/visual builder and click the hamburger menu on the top-left corner of the page. 

Step 2: Then search for “Calendly” app and drag that into your workspace to proceed further.

               

Step 3: Now configure the Calendly app card to initiate an event trigger as shown in the image below

                                                

Here, we have to choose “Invite Created” as an event trigger and check the other data fields like event start time, type, invitee name, email, duration, and event end time. 

"The data presented inside those fields at a very initial level can’t be used at this stage, because this app hasn’t been tested & reviewed to send/receive data."

Step 4: Now, click that bright yellow “Test & Review” button on Calendly app card inside your workspace.

Step 5: Event trigger has been tested & reviewed, and demo data will get populated on the respective fields like name, email, etc. as shown below

                                               

Now you can use these data to map with other apps and start building workflow automation without any problem.
