Number Formatter

Number formatter is used to configure the format of number as per your need to support personalization and human-like automation progress on your efforts inside KonnectzIT platform.

                                                                   

Number Formatter is an add-on app inside KonnectzIT and you can find it on the visual builder app menu list. Go to any konnectz and click the hamburger menu button on the top-left corner of the workspace. Scroll to the bottom to find the number formatter among other apps.

               

Drag them to the workspace and you can perform any options like,

• Format Phone Number

• Format Currency

• Format Number

• Perform Mathematical Operations

Choose an option on the “Format Option” drop-down field to configure the number for your task automation.

                                             

Format Phone Number - It is used to format the input phone number value to any of the following formats,

1. E164,

2. International,

3. National,

4. International, No Country Code,

5. International, No Hyphen,

6. National, No Parentheses,

7. No Symbols, National,

8. No Symbols, International

Let’s say if you are getting the clients’ contact number as international format (+X XXX-XXX-XXXX) and you want them to convert them into “International, No Symbols” then you have to configure the number formatter add-on as shown in the image below

                                               

Format Currency - It is used to format currency based on your need & input values. This is how an example of a currency format looks like

                                               

Format Number - It is used to format the input number value to comma or period decimal values as output. Using this option you can convert the whole number like 6859342 to either 685.93.4.2 or 68,95,342. This is how you need to configure the number formatter for converting the input value as decimals

                                           

Perform Mathematical Operations - Basic mathematical operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and negative value can be done using this option on number formatter. You have to provide the input value & perform required operations along with the automation inside KonnectzIT platform.

Note - You can’t start your workflow with a number formatter since it requires input value that has to be fetched from other sources (apps).
