Let’s say if you scheduled a meeting with a valuable prospect and they are from another country. You can change the format of the date & time of meeting schedule based on your prospect’s country practice using this feature.
By the above example, the default time format (12.00pm - Wednesday, March 14, 2020) will be changed to March 14 2020 12:00:00(MMMM DD YYYY HH:mmm:ss).
You can configure the date formatter app to any other format options and time zones based on your need. It will provide added value to your task automation by including personalized content that sounds like humane instead of automated robotic script/replies.
Add or Subtract Time - It is used to add or reduce the number of days based input date value.
Define the option based on your need and choose anyone format to proceed further. Now type how much time you want to add to the date that we got as the input value. Let’s say if we are getting an example input date as “23rd March 2020” and we’ve added a customized response as “3 days” then the output date value will be added & configured as “26th March 2020”.
23 March 2020 + 3 days = 26 March 2020
If you want to subtract/reduce the value use the minus(-) symbol in front of the texts on the “Customize response” field as shown in the image below
The output value will be reduced automatically from the input date value. This option will help you to send future scheduled content through workflow automation using KonnectzIT platform.
Note - You can’t start your workflow with a date formatter since it requires input value that has to be fetched from other sources (apps).
